Shipping Policy: Generally it takes 1 to 3 weeks' time to get the shipment
International Shipping: Some countries have delayed delivery, when package is detained by Customs. Detention is at random and we have no control over it. When this happens, a Customs Duty is usually imposed on the purchase. Our shipping & handling charge does not include this Customs Duty.
Incorrect Addresses: To get the shipment in time, kindly provide us correct mailing address so that product is not returned undelivered. If you provide us incorrect mailing address and product is returned undelivered, the Shipping cost is not our responsibility. For re-sending the products, shipping and handling charges will apply. Please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip/area code information. If it is found that the error in address information is due to our mistake, extra charges will not apply.
P. O. Box: We are unable to deliver to P. O. Box addresses, because Indian Postal Service dose not accept registered parcels to be delivered to P. O. Box.
